Great food and great service from the workers, but management severely under staffs this store consistently. They are overrun by online orders, so even though there was no line in person, it took 30 minutes to get my Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. I watched workers making lots of sandwiches and placing them on a shelf to sit for pickup while I waited. I show up on a Sunday evening to grab dinner. Unfortunately, some of their staff called out sick so they could watch the game... But the folks that were on the clock meant business and they were handling the situation with grace and efficiency. They didn't panic, they just dug into their work. And when it was my turn to place my order, they were super nice and attentive, and even though they were slammed, they took the time to assemble my sandwich and made it as delicious...
Madison is the most professional and respectful store employee at this location. She was very kind and has great customer service skills and is extremely patient. She definitely made my experience to that. Thank you for all your hard work to all the stuff but thank you so much, Madison.
