They had me waiting in the lot for 20 minutes but gave me some more food and an apology... they had a problem and they made it right, 5 stars in my opinion.

They had a lot of workers but still waited for a long time for someone to get my order. They kept saying someone would be with me. But they kept just taking care of drive thru orders. More people started to line up. Really defeats the purpose of fast food when they won’t take your order in the first place.

3:40 pm Friday march 28 2025….no original chicken breasts! Seems the last thing that should be out approaching dinner time? I don’t know but my first time kfc was out of chicken

Terrible service, the employee in a bad mood and rude. They should have better staff
I went here during dark hours at around ~5pm in the cold (40f). My family went to order through the app. However, we had separate orders because one of them included a coupon we wanted to cash-in and the other was just a regular order. The service here was amazing being able to take these two orders into one for our convenience. This was very easy on our end and encourages us to order again without much hassle. The wait also was pretty quick, taking about 2-4 minutes on the parking lot.
I also would like to commend one of the employees for taking the time to talk to us outside our car in the cold during the dark. It's awesome seeing you guys take the extra step to make small talk even in such crazed conditions!
The food the place provided was really good. I especially loved the place's gravy and mac and cheese.
The only thing I would say that this place could improve on is the ordering system on the app.

This is the second time I place an order for 2 pot pies and upon pick up the cashier says it’ll be a 20 minute wait because they only have one ready. Then pushes for us to switch one to a famous bowl claiming they’re the same price. The famous bowl is $5 and the pot pie $6.29.
It’s not a huge price difference but the insistence on us switching to another item as well as the service is horrible. I worked fast food in my teens and went above and beyond for customers. The employees need training on how to provide better service. I also dislike that when we brought up that it had happened before he laughed and said “oh you were here 2 weeks ago”.

I being having the worst customer service experience at this location the older lady I believe is the manager all ways rude I talk to one of the employees and she told me that she don’t get fire because she worked for the company for 30 years so just don’t buy chicken there if you don’t want to get yelled out!!!!!

First time going to this location, will be the last. The lady over the intercom in the drive thru was rude. Didn't listen. Got our order wrong. Should have looked, that's on me. Really just the rudeness. Do yourself a favor, choose a different location.

they didn't have any fried chicken at 9pm, but this store closes at 11pm. I get sick after have a chicken sandwich here, my throat is still painful two days later

Pulled up at 10:40. They close at 11:00. The girl working drive thru doesn’t greet me with a “hello” or a “how are you”, but instead with a “sorry, we’re out of chicken”. First, I thought she was being sarcastic and pulling my leg, but that wasn’t the case. First, she told me that they were out of chicken and when I asked, are you out of chicken or are you just not making more she said no we’re out of chicken and then I said well what about tomorrow and she said well tomorrow you can come and get some chicken and I said how can I come get some chicken tomorrow if you’re not getting an order tonight Where will the chicken tomorrow even come from well… Then she became honest and said well. We have some we’re just not making anymore sorry. Tell me how does chicken extend their hours to 11 PM but not prepare chicken until 11 PM? This is The result of terrible management. Problem is that I didn’t get KFC chicken tonight. The problem is that I took 20 minutes out of my day to come here I will get back time is the one thing in life that we cannot buy is valuable and KFC store.
