After a 5 yr hiatus I tried KFC today. Terrible chicken, greasy and salty. Guess its never going to be good anymore. It was so different when it was holding better reviews. Sorry the company is not trying.

Went there today to pick up lunch. The young guy working the counter did an excellent job managing the lobby. He had zero attitude and was courteous to everyone. His customer service was above and beyond. When we got home the hot wings amazing. Bbq chicken,mash n gravy, mac n cheese, coleslaw, and biscuits were all fresh. The ONLY thing that was a bummer were the wedges. We tried to rescue them with an air fryer but they were too old. If not for that it would have been a perfect visit. There was an older gentleman in the lobby and he struck up a conversation with me about how he always had KFC on the road when he was growing up. 👍👍

I tried the new honey barbecue chicken that is supposed to be a throwback to the delicious honey BBQ wings they use to make and the chicken was disgusting. Why not just bring the wings back because my chicken was overly salty, soggy yet somehow also only half coated and completely cold. I literally live 2 minutes from the restaurant so the fact that it was cold meant it was probably someone's trash that they decided to give me. Disgusting and totally put me off to KFC in general Edit: contacted KFC headquarters customer support and was basically told. Too bad so sad that sounds like your problem. I guess it's Popeyes from now on. Never again KFC.

I had to wait like 10 minutes for the Nuggets to get done for my famous bowls and and it was not even hot when I got home but when I had to wait in the parking lot for my food to get done and brought to me the little guy who was working on the running position and the little Asian guy he stood a foot and a half away from my car and threw the food at me and then turned around and mumbled something at me. And walked away. And gave no receipt

They forgot my biscuit again. Used their delivery service as my grubhub on 2 attempts canceled after 90 minutes, still delivery was lengthy so food was tepid and coating was loose. I couldn't find order change to remove ice, I'll look again. We lost 2 KFC's locally and thinking this was a corporate store all would be great, however. With the hype I want this to work OK KFC!!

All the little ladies working inside are rude, and never look happy. Just don’t come to work if you hate your job so much… I said give me one second to choose what I wanted, she turns around and sits right back in the chair with her phone which she got up from to take my order. Didn’t even know I was there either, had to say hello
They had me waiting in the lot for 20 minutes but gave me some more food and an apology... they had a problem and they made it right, 5 stars in my opinion.

They had a lot of workers but still waited for a long time for someone to get my order. They kept saying someone would be with me. But they kept just taking care of drive thru orders. More people started to line up. Really defeats the purpose of fast food when they won’t take your order in the first place.
