I ordered from this mcdonald's the day after Thanksgiving at around 6am through the app. The restaurant accepted my order, and when i got there it was closed. Since I did curbside I was unaware that the restaurant wasn't open even though it accepted my order. 2 hours later when it opened, I called the restaurant explaining that I was unable to cancel the order due to the app saying that the order was started at 6am when the restaurant was closed. I tried explaining that over the phone and was cut off multiple times by the employee and eventually just hung up on. I still haven't gotten a refund and nothing has been solved.

The app said there were no McRibs available. But, when I went to the drive thru and asked after placing an order for something else, I was told the did have it! And I ordered it!! So, why is the app unable to sell it?

Went through the drive through and Leo helped us he left an expression on me. He was so nice so full of joy had us laughing spoke to us in our our native language love that and wished us a good day when we left he was so sweet love the compassion you can see hes a real pleasure to have around. Leo never change my brother keep shining your light so bright you never know who you may save just by shinning your love on others. My mother has been a loyal morning customer at this McDonald’s for years, but what happened on October 28th, 2025 at around 9:04 AM (Order #18) was completely unacceptable.

She ordered her usual biscuit with egg only (no sausage or cheese), which was already confirmed, and then began to add coffee and a hash brown. Out of nowhere, another employee who wasn’t even taking her order cut her off mid-sentence, repeated her order in a mocking tone, and yelled “Oh my god” over the intercom.

When my mom politely mentioned at the payment window that the behavior was rude, the cashier got defensive, accused her of “having an attitude,” and then slammed the window shut while yelling “STUPID” at her. Another worker at the second window apologized and looked embarrassed by what had just happened.

My mom was so confident that she hadn’t done anything wrong that she even told them they could check the security footage to prove it. The whole experience left her upset, confused, and tearful. She’s a kind, patient woman who wears a hijab and speaks English as her second language. This felt like blatant disrespect, if not outright discrimination.

You never know what someone might be going through personally, and treating customers like this is cruel, unprofessional, and harmful. This location needs serious accountability and retraining.

A formal complaint has already been mailed to both McDonald’s corporate office and the franchise owner. I truly hope management takes this situation seriously, because no one deserves to be treated this way, ever.

Cold dining room and cold food; menus say you can’t sit and eat here and the 2nd McDonalds after Tukwila that no longer give a drink refill. Like Tukwila I won’t be back. Renton location still has a drink machine in the dining room to help yourself and I always get hot fresh food there

I'm giving a very low review for the poor service. Though I did not order anything, I had requested that they let my niece leave early for a family emergency I was told I had the wrong number and when trying call back, I was put on hold and my number was blocked. My niece was already having very bad anxiety and took it into her own hands to request to leave and still got rude back lash from her boss (Eidith). The boss she had got that night is very unprofessional and very snappy as well as not being a very good team leader. And on the phone her tone was lazy and a bit difficult to understand.
