I’m not paying $8.00 for a Big Mac that was .50 cents in 1980. Also has lost 40% of its size. All these fast food places are ripping us off.

I love McDonald's food but the service/employees are terrible. I've been coming here for years and 3/4 of the time there's always a problem with my order. I've been cussed at by staff and told by the manager that I can't get my money refunded when I've been overcharged. If I didn't love the food so much or had another McDonald's close by, I definitely wouldn't come back.

We have frequented this location multiple times. The drive-thru is usually a good experience, but the same cannot be said about the dine-in (lobby) experience. There is almost never an employee at the register. There is also a large wall that blocks the view to the back area. It feels like the employees ignore the lobby and primarily focus on the drive-thru. You can stand there waiting for 5-10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Even when someone finally comes to the front it feels like they are dismissive or perhaps annoyed. Just a general poor customer service experience. You might as well go through the drive-thru, then bring your food inside the restaurant. It will be 10x faster and you won’t be ignored.

These guys hate people that do delivery orders from this location. They will give you three different directives then act like you are stupid for following them all to pick up a $3 order these people made me get out of the drive thru told me to go to the deleivery window around the corner then waved there hands in the air in symbolization as to say “what are you doing” as if I need to leave my $2000 e bike with my four year old in the tow trailer out side while I pick up a small Big Mac meal bag I would rate this location a 1/10 for customer service unless you just order and leave on the drive thru I have had a few occasions where they get offended if you are in the lobby with your children as well.
