This is now my favorite place to eat in Burien. The food and service are awesome! And I greatly appreciate the fact that they are open late for dine-in. I don't drive, and often sleep during the day..and I always look forward to visiting and eating here! I only wish I could give this place 500 stars.

When I’m craving Panda Express, I often come to this location because it’s convenient to my place and work. The staff is very friendly and engaging. However, the food has been either good or disappointing. I usually get the plate with Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, and Broccoli Beef. The Orange Chicken never lets me down because it’s cooked the same way consistently. But as for both the Chow Mein and Broccoli Beef, it’s always a hit or miss. Sometimes the Chow Mein isn’t cooked thoroughly, and parts of it is missing the flavor and oil. It’s like the Cook was either being lazy and rushing with the wok. As for the Broccoli Beef, sometimes the Broccoli isn’t cooked long enough with the sauce, which is why it’s still hard and dry. Overall, the customer service here is great, but the food lacks quality and consistency.
Drive thru can be hectic so I always prefer to go inside when I want Panda Express. They always pour the new food in the front (so people can see how steamy and fresh it is) but they always grab food from the back (FIFO) I get it. But I always ask them to grab food from the front when I see there’s a new fresh order. It’s a trick I learned when I worked there and it’s something people should consider if they don’t want soggy/ cold food! ;)

Panda Express has been a comfort food for me since I first encountered it in the early 90s. Been a big fan for a long time. This location has been become a regular stop for me and my friends; excellent food and fantastic customer service. Tonight, I had a small problem with coupon redemption because I had misunderstood the fine print; even though it was my fault, they graciously worked to make everything work out. Highly recommended!

Food’s okay, but they don’t give out bags with your meal making it a hassle to carry, and up-charge you if you want one. Disappointing trend is customer service that’s dissuading me from going again
