The customer service of this bakery is terrible. Yesterday I went to la ideal 2, and asked them if they do custom cakes I spoke Ale, on the phone and she said they don’t but La Ideal 4 in Burien does for sure. We drove a 2 hours just to go to La Ideal as soon as we walked in the lady like hide in the back and when I called her out to talk about ordering a custom cake she just kept laughing at my family and I and said we don’t do custom cakes. We never do. When I know for a fact they do. Extremely poor customer service. She was rude, and could tell she was racist and didn’t want to help us because we aren’t Mexican.

I'd never seen half of their breads at other bakeries. She helped me find what I wanted. Very friendly. I got like 12 different breads. Too many to name all. But included croissant, conchas, chocolate dipped and regular orejas, and more. ALL were delicious!

I've only tried Mexican bread a couple times but it was from a Chinese grocery store and was horrible, lol. But this place was amazing, now I know how it's SUPPOSED to taste. It smells so good when you walk in there, and the lady so friendly and answered all my questions. The guy was friendly too, I bought 3 pastries for $6. Great prices! And they were so good, I'm coming back to try everything else.

Best Mexican bread in the area. They have really cute conchitas to order for party’s, weddings and holiday events. They are great for party favors and super delicious. Every time I’m in the area I make it a point to visit. The prices are also very reasonable and inexpensive. The bread is an authentic taste of Mexico.

Your product is good but your service and treatment with customers could be better, if you don't like serving people, then hire staff, stop discussing your problems in areas of the store and provide quick customer service. It was the last time I stepped into his business.

Very good Mexican pastries. Concha’s are very tasty and they also have Mexican drinks in their fridge—lala, Mexican coke, etc. their prices are excellent and they have a good selection. Keep in mind that they do have a card charge so please support them with cash?.
