Pho Tai Vietnamese Restaurant

This Pho Tai restaurant serves fairly decent food, although customer service is mediocre. The mother appears more sincere than the son, who seems to be a family member but lacks training in customer care. I experienced difficulty with ordering, having to repeat myself multiple times. After taking my order, he instructed me to place the menu in the corner without so much as a please or thank you, which I found somewhat rude.

Moving on to the food, I noticed that the combo noodles I ordered did not come with meatballs. To add meatballs, I had to order a minimum of three, which incurred an additional $3 charge for three small pieces. The broth and vermicelli dish, however, were satisfactory.

Notably, the process for ordering sandwiches differs from other establishments. To order a combination sandwich, one must select two meats; if unsure, the young man will inquire, requiring a review of the menu. I found his assistance to be somewhat lacking. He would subsequently discuss the order with his mother in their native language, which I observed and did not find amusing.

They’re so rude. I will never recommend this place to anybody.

Has been my all time favorite pho place since the 2000's. Majority of the time its greate and good portion for the price. Definitely give it a try.
The penut sauce for the spring rolls is one of the best I had anywhere.

The Pho is always good. They are fast to order, fast to cash out. It’s the in between that I have a problem with. If you’re not busy, as it wasn’t till the end of my lunch. you see my empty water cup at the end of the table and I know you did because 3 different people walked by me. Multiple times. Sure I could ask for more water but why should I have to? Two employees were on their phones and one was eating a hard boiled egg sitting right next to me. Walk around and fill up waters. Be better get better tips.

Called to place a order spring rolls, I let them know the last time I had came my spring rolls were hard I couldn't eat them, so I asked if they could make it fresh. The guy taking my order said no and that they make them in the morning ignoring the fact I told him my spring rolls were hard. If your looking for bad customer and hard spring rolls go here.

The service here is awful, tall, thin lady with eyeglasses has the worse attitude. I’ve notice that she treats hispanic customer awful because her attitude changed immediately when it’s not a Hispanic customer. She would roll her eyes when we asked for something that she forgot to bring, when she brought water to the table, she put the water down so hard that she spilled water on the table. This was not my first time here, the food is not the best but the way she treats customers just makes it worse.

Went to the spot and ordered a bowl of Pho #15 and it was delicious. The cooks are amazing and Annie the Asian front lady is very caring kind and offer great customer service. We misunderstood each other but at the end Annie made sure my experience here ended amazing. Thank you Annie!!! And the amazing ladies who cook in the back!!

My gf takes me here and now I love their menu and restaurant. Very delicious. I always get my usual, chicken katsu, their pho is very good. Overall great place to visit.

really good food, im viet and this was very authentic as most of the staff were experienced viets and very welcoming. love grabbing it on a cold day! highly recommend, it is my favorite spot to get pho and other vietnamese foods and drinks!

Today I bought 2 extra soup containers, they given me a half of container each. Instead of two full containers that I have paid full price for each soup. What a rip off. Never comes back this restaurant again . They’re cheated!

We come here once a week. Food always tastes good and fresh. Highly recommended
