Both I and my husband are strict vegans so it's really hard for us to find restaurants that offer authentic vegan food. Royal Everest is one of those rare places where vegan items are clearly marked on the menu and there are so many options! The space was empty when we arrived(early for dinner) and a little run down so I started to wonder what I had chosen. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was VERY good. My brother agreed and he has experienced a lot of Indian food. Highly recommend the food and staff. Would also be great takeout.
