Been here twice and both times were a little disappointing. The first time I was very excited to try the Italian beef as a Chicago native. It was not good. Meat was very dry and the giardiniera was not hot at all, didn’t really add any flavor to the sandwich.

This time I tried the chickenhawk which was better but still mediocre. It looked better than it tasted. “Chopped chicken” means large chicken cubes like what they used to serve at Subway as opposed to more of a shredded chicken like I imagined. It wasn’t terrible but didn’t have a ton of flavor despite having bacon and bbq on it and the French roll it comes on wasn’t warm despite allegedly being toasted. My fries also tasted old which is odd because at 12:00 they’d only been open for an hour so how long were those fries sitting there before they got to me?

Extremely overpriced for the quality you get. Both meals I’ve had here shouldn’t have cost more than $10 a piece

Had lunch with a friend. We had a great time catching up and eating good food. We stayed for two hours and never felt rushed by our server.

Fairly disappointed from this last visit. We ordered a hazy IPA and a Diet Coke to start. I received just an IPA, not the hazy as advertised and the Diet Coke was flat. We then ordered the Turkey & Avocado and the Falcone. The Turkey & Avocado was wonderful, no complaints there. The Falcone was advertised as shredded chicken which was the entire reason I ordered it but when it came out, it was cubes of chicken which made the sandwich easily fall apart. Just kind of bummed because this has been a solid spot for a while and it fell short this time.

Great service, great fries! Sandwiches were good, my Falcone arrived super soggy, bummed about the mushy bread but was still tasty. Husband loved his Taylor. The closeslaw smelled absolutely tasty off so skipped that. We did take out but the space was super happening on a Sunday afternoon.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Good vibes, good eats

Cool little spot with a laid-back vibe. I grabbed a sandwich and fries—both hit the spot. The fries especially were crisp and flavorful. Service wasn’t lightning fast, but the staff was courteous and the food was worth the short wait. I'd definitely swing by again when you're in the area.

Soda’s were $2, cheaper than most fast food places.

Good selection of fun sandwiches and beer, we got the smashburger with extra meat to split, but I also like the Taylor Street Italian sandwich with gardinera too. Great service inside, but they also have a pleasant outdoor patio.

Seattle, now I've been here before and that time I was pretty impressed with the food but this time it was off. The server wasn't firing on all cylinders, and the sandwich I ordered was more sauce than meat.
This all occurred in May at the Burien location.
I'm usually pretty open to places like this, so maybe this was just an off day. I'll be back to try it again.

Awesome service and good basic food. Parking can be a bit difficult so I suggest you get there early. Whoever thought parking in Burien would be difficult. It's become such a little hipster place.
