I watched a barista dump a 20 ounce iced coffee into a 30 once cup and just fill it with ice to fix her size mistake. With everything being expensive now a days, people should get what they order and PAY for instead of just ICE. I'm finding a new Starbucks!!!

So disappointing. I ordered a lavender matcha with additional cherry cold foam on the top. This cost me an extra $1.25. I got this idea from a Starbucks employee from a better location who made it so delicious. There’s absolutely no cold foam at all this time. No lavender or cherry foam. Which I paid for. This isn’t the first time this has happened with my drink order at this location.

Went here once and I won’t be back. The drinks weren’t good and they only use these super cheap paper cups, even for the cold drinks. So if you get cold foam, you won’t really be able to enjoy it. No aesthetic gratification of being able to see your drink, which I know seems minor but it takes away from the experience. Honestly, however silly, the weird cheap paper cups are the main reason I won’t be back. It’s a silly way to cut costs.

I find the customer service to be terrible! Before receiving the restroom code, I had to wait in a lengthy line to make my purchase. I wish I could tell you who it was, but I'm unable to determine their pronoun use. Don’t come here

first time here and i got a very pale matcha. i even asked for a extra scoop of matcha to avoid this issue. came home w this drink and it just straight up taste like milk. no matcha flavour whatsoever. i told the drive thru lady light ice but still got a large cup of ice too. never ordering here again. I came in here to order something and use the restroom.i was asked if im ordering something. I am a clean not homeless person and felt as if im abusing the system.i don’t appreciate feeling like that.and i did end up ordering but the point of the matter don’t assume and judge .you dont know me.

The staff we're very nice and helpful. The spinach feta wrap was the worst, and it was $4.95. I was informed that the wraps come premade, and they just heat them up. I should just go to the gas station and heat up there lessed priced more filling burritos then. I'm very disappointed.

super underrated location that consistently slays (and saves me from my morning slumps) - everyone that works here is so kind and consistently lovely. I've probably ordered 150 pup cups and they're always happy to get them for me, which has gained them a lifelong friend in me and my dog. It's busy almost always and the drive thru has a line on most days, but this location has a solid team and (usually) more than enough parking :)
