Do not order cold drinks here because it's served in gross cardboard cups! I feel ripped off because it changed the quality of the drinking experience by trying to suck down something cold from a tiny little hole in the top of a cardboard cup. Are you kidding me??? Switching brands. I will not drink cold drinks from a gross cardboard cup! You are not the only game in town!

I normally never order from this Starbucks, but since I was doing Some shopping I decided why not give it a try because I wanted a coffee upon arrival I had to wait 10 minutes to get help and there was two people there just talking then when it was my turn, I ordered and the cashier/barista was extremely rude and my drink literally taste like water. I definitely will not order here again Dlorisa is the name she gave me she needs to really be retrained and understand that disrespectful behavior will not brings customers back.

Cashiers are incapable of doing anything. Extremely slow and don't smile, just look unfriendly and dull. Never again coming to this location Safeway included due to the location always failing at making a simple coffee. Dollar Tree baristas is what I see and get.

i was waiting for my order to be ready, but one barista sneezed on her back while preparing drinks which the empty cups were, she didn’t wash her hands,or at lease cover her mouth. i will never stop there. That’s a huge negligence.

Been here a few times, being a seasoned barista I understand that some drinks take time. But this one didn't line up drinks, instead she took only two drinks and spent 7 minutes making only 1 out of 2. She didn't take our order, she told us to wait so she can goof off behind bar, idk. 0/10.
