I love Starbucks! They have many choices of drinks & they constantly add more delicious flavors, remembering non-dairy. Also, they have many food choices such as vegan, vegetarian, & non-pork. I definitely recommend Starbucks.

Went to this location for the first time and was having a rough day. The friendly staff were just what I needed to turn my day around. I ordered a matcha latte and it was mixed well with better lavender cold foam that the past few times I have ordered it at other locations. Thanks!

No matter how busy or slow they are it always take forever for someone to make a drink.
There probably isn't a Starbucks worst than this location.

I’ve reduced how often I come to this location because the baristas aren’t taking the care to make sure your drinks are how you ordered. I typically get Matcha lattes & the last 5 out of 6 times they haven’t been mixed well. I’m constantly getting large chunks throughout the drink, which I don’t have a problem with at any other location. I’ve started asking for them to make sure it’s stirred well because of this but today the barista at the intercom blew me off with a dismissive attitude & a “we stir it well” only for me to find that it wasn’t mixed well & had to improvise in mixing it myself once I finally got to my destination. This location is close to my apt & convenient to my commute but this makes me not want to frequent them anymore.

I hit the drive-thru here often. The entrance is situated in such a way as to block their own parking area and then begin to block the entrance to the strip mall when it's busy. Really dumb design and dangerous too.

This store location is always freezing cold. I want a comfortable place to escape the chilly rain and this place is not it. Everyone inside is wearing coats and scarves. Bring your parka!

Ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk(4shots of espresso). And the coffee came with no espresso and was just a cup of milk and sugar. I asked for a remake and the gal making the coffee was pissed. Still tasted gross, but least it had some coffee in it. But still didn’t make it with oat milk.

Sometimes depending on the person making the coffee it’s great. And I get what I paid for.

I was waiting a very long time for my drink a total of 30min or more the manager I believe got my order he was very kind to redo my drink and because it was the wrong order. But as I was waiting a while and 3 other people behind me got there drink before me which I really wasn’t complaining about because I did see he had alot going on with the other baristas who kept needing help but at the same time loud side comment of the customer aren’t nice. And I had my child and a very kind sir ask to see how long for my drink because I had my daughter and didn’t want to leave her at the table but the manager was very rude about “why is that guy asking for it”. But am watching and there ain’t no communication between the customer either so this is all visual. So I’m sorry but the service was bad I was being very patient not to say anything but it had to said.

Kid-friendliness: Had one baby chair but wish they had more for the more parents to enjoy it too

The manager here was very rude and made rude side comments. Service was really slow. My wife told me that the manager was very rude towards her when making her coffee. No communication and a lot of misunderstanding. Overall bad experience

We have been drive through at the location often in a Morning around 5:00 AM and have issues either incorrect drink or a cup is not filled up, many times only 2/3 of the drink. We gave feedback but staff would not listen
