Really puzzled about places that don't have pads on their chairs or anything it's very uncomfortable to sit there and then and it's all crowded so it's like they don't even want you to sit in there it's kind of weird that's why I gave him three stars I still think I think Jersey Mike's is better but they are more expensive and they don't have as many condiments. but I'll give him that this location is Uber convenient. I was really puzzled that they didn't have olives I thought well that seems kind of strange so I looked it up online and I didn't see anything in the United States I mean there's a problem in Europe but they don't put green olives on them 🤔 put on the positive side I did like getting chips that was nice I didn't feel like I got chinced.

I’ve lived on 152nd Sreet since 2017. This place used to be reliable and delicious until new ownership a couple years ago.

Coupons are frowned upon here. They will give you a hard time using coupons.

They may close earlier than posted hours.

ALWAYS check your receipt here. Sometimes they short change by accident?

The employees always look like they are mad someone came in.
They don’t speak English well so be prepared for confusion.

Asked for extra pickles and olives. No pickles and maybe 2 olives on my sandwich. My bfs sandwich barely had meat. Both tasted off. Said thank you when receiving the order and was ignored by both men.

The food was alright albeit when I was on the way home my raps literally ate through the bag I didn't order anything to cause it to do so however it made it extremely difficult to get home . *See photos) not to mention the staff did not speak proper English. So communication was not well.

Ordered a single sandwich for pickup on a weekday at 130 pm. 30 mins later I get to the store and it’s still not ready. The single employee working is ridiculously slow and didn’t even offer an apology.

I waited 15 minutes for the sandwich artist to make an online order of 3 subs. Then, when he was done, he spent another 5 minutes or so replacing bags and doing other various tasks. On top of all that, the AC either doesn't exist or was broken, so it was probably 80 degrees plus in there. Next time I want a sub, I will pick another establishment to go to.

Maddening trying to order one of the deals on the insert that came to our home. Done in the app, to our account, and through scanning all failed to place our order at the advertised price.

There was one single server running the store at the time of my order. This server spoke very broken English, and did not understand orders. One of my sandwiches was missing ingredients, was not toasted, and was not prepared in a timely manner. The app said my order was ready, and it wasn't even being built yet. I don't expect one person to move heaven and earth, but c'mon Subway... Hire more than one person to run a store..
