Please learn the difference between iced coffee and a Cinnabon iced coffee. Plain is my preference but I can never get it here, I only get Cinnabon coffee

I want to first start off with what I enjoyed about this store.Firstly, the environment was clean, and the drive-through was easy to navigate.
However , that is where my pleasantry's stop from the first instance that I interacted with an employee.I was bombarded with up sales through the roof. I told her multiple times I didn't want to be upsold, and she still insisted on asking for every single item.I ordered if I wanted double beef and sour cream.I did not.
There was a heavy language barrier, and when I ordered a number fourteen , she ordered just the burrito, not the combo. And then when I ask for it to be the combo She ordered a fourteen but packaged a sixteen instead. In to get my order corrected , they all gave me a rude attitude. And in the end she forgot that I had ordered a hashbrown.
Will not be returning.

When I order my food through the app it's because I expect it to be ready when I get there not have you continue to make me wait 20+ I'm on my lunch I don't have time for a company that had 10 customers in the total amount of time I was there and not have my food ready when I get there absolutely ridiculous. IM STILL WAITING WHILE TYPING THIS OUT!!

I love taco bell i have never been to one but i could just tell that it was going to be the best one i've ever been to. I wish i could have gone in but then my sons grandmas uncle called me and told me to wash the clothes so I had to leave but at least i didn't go because after that my friend told me she had explosive diarrhea so i think ill just have to stick to pizza hut Pitza Pitza!

About these apple pie caramel things empanadas you know they they were great except it I got I ran into a couple of bad ones here my my friend used to work fast food and he said that when they get cold he shrink up and it you know all the filling goes to 1 side so I was really unhappy with it I give it 2 stars because it was still OK but you know ITIT was really disappointment for 3 bucks above so hopefully I'll be able to make my own so.
Vegetarian options: There are few things that are vegetarian but I I mean I would be disappointed if I eat vegetarian stuff here to me it's better with chicken or steak or even hamburger would be okay
Dietary restrictions: No 1 asked the manager about the stuff I don't know if they have much gluten free or vegan and all that stuff dairy free might be kind of tough I mean you could always not get cheese I suppose.
Parking: Pretty ample usually there's not that many people in the lobby in this 1 it's a lot of drive through.
Kid-friendliness: I don't know to me it's kind of hot for kids so spicy for kids I think lot of kids don't like spicy so I'm not sure if it's a kid place per say maybe like 12 and up or something.
Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty sure it's OK I would maybe ask them to open the door for you might be nice.
Whatever happened in good old-fashioned customer service? Making everyone utilize kiosks to order sucks. I know that you do it in the name of cost savings. However, it is just wrong in my book. And, remember the old adage... The customer is ALWAYS right.

Every time I go in there, they always get my order wrong either. It’s something different or either something less or either something missing.
I got a cheese bean burrito with rice and the beans were old and disgusting. i didn’t even finish the burrito because of the expired beans.
