I want to recognize Isela Sandoval, the manager at Taco Time Northwest in Burien. She is truly the best leader & manager I’ve ever met. Every time I come in, she greets me with a smile, is incredibly approachable, and always makes the experience enjoyable. She is an outstanding leader and such a positive presence for both customers and staff.
My family, my friends, and I have been coming back to this location every day and every week for the past 25 years, and it’s people like Isela who make us want to keep coming. She works so hard, is genuinely kind and funny, and makes every visit feel welcoming. Taco Time Northwest is a staple in our family life, and she absolutely deserves recognition and continued growth within the company.
I always forget to give my favorite fast food a review, and I’m honored to give my local Burien a 5 stars review. I’m greeted very kindly, the food is always the best! I always get the chicken fiesta platter, the chicken crispy burrito is amazing! If you’re new to the PNW, come in and try Taco Time!!

A great Taco Time location, highly recommend! Fast, clean, delicious, and amazing service for fast food. Like really really great. Rogelio was friendly, professional, and even checked on me after I finished my food and asked how the meal was. I was so impressed! You all are doing great.

Possible food poisoning. I Ordered food in the drive thru around 7pm, 2 crisp tacos beef with tater tots and a drink. I got back home at 710, started eating my food and felt fine. I went to sleep at 1030, woke up at 3am with bad stomach cramps and pain. Took Tylenol and that didn’t help. I wasn’t able to go back to sleep And by 7am I had diarrhea, couple hours later I was throwing up. I’ve been in bed, under my covers, in the fetal position with chills and hot flashes and a crampy stomach.😭😭😭 I hate it here. I love taco time, never had an issue with their food but after this I am DONE. The service was at least good though.
