I order some food online it said it was ready however when I arrived they told me they hadn't even began making it. I asked how long it would be and I was ignored twice. Horrible customer service and subpar Mexican food it was stale and cold. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was trying to look for a decent taco place since both options were closed on sunday's. Also, always passed by this place and decided to give it a try. Honestly, it's a bit pricey. The quesadilla was my favorite more than the al pastor tacos and carne asada tacos. The Al pastor was a bit dry which was upsetting because it looked so tasty! The carne asada quesadilla was juicer than the taco. Tacos kinda tasted plain even with the salsa. I was unsatisfied. Although, it was good the quesadillas was consumed last because it made the whole meal better. They don't skimp on the cheese. Don't forget to get sour cream and guac for it. There's a self serve salsa bar which is nice because I often feel guilty asking for extra salsa . Service was nice, she helped us through the menu since it was our first time! Restaurant looked very clean even though there would be small rushes every 10 mins. Lots of seating if you are dining in.

Poor Management the Lead-supervisor in charge very rude unprofessional, I didn't get his name but he was wearing black uniform! I ask for a courtesy cup for I want to share the drink of my son that we purchased along with our food He gave me the paper cup then when he saw me pouring the soda of my son to the "courtesy cup" that he gave me He then told me rudely that I have to pay for the cup $2.75 for a courtesy cup! Where in the whole world of Restaurant business that after you gave me the courtesy cup you will ask me to pay for it just because I want to share my son's drink in a different cup. I did not fill my cup to your soda machine Mister Supervisor I just want to have a sip on my son's soda using the courtesy cup that you voluntarily gave me OKAY! Do u understand the difference of me charging me the full price of soda from that courtesy cup! I might as well buy the soda SMH! This experience happened today 4/08/24 at 12:45PM Ambaum Blvd. location

As soon as you enter and you feel super comfortable, everyone is very friendly and attentive to everyone without prejudice and the food is super delicious. I highly recommend it because it feels delicious.Kid-friendliness: Of course, no one can stay outside waiting for everyone to come in, from the smallest to the oldest.
