Food was ok .
The staff is very friendly and attentive, however the water jug was looking a bit suspicious 🤨

The food was good although I sear the noodles looked like regular spaghetti noodles. But it was very delicious, the staff was attentive and nice, very mannerable young men. The water pitcher got a thumbs down from me, the gasket smelled like mildew and made the water smell the same. That was the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. But it was clean and welcoming.

Food is delicious! It’s always a hit when I visit. The short ribs are juicy and flavorful , I always add and egg roll . They offer a soup to sip when you dine in . Lime infused water . And the price is unbeatable!

Yummmm!! We got the small beef pho with filet mignon and meatballs. Super flavorful soup, and the noodles were great quality!! They had a good chewy texture, not limp or overcooked. I asked for less noodle and more soup, which was perfect for me. Environment feels clean and classy! They also have chin su for hot sauce, and labubus for sale!!

They also have happy hour from 2-5pm, where you can get 25% off your meal.

I asked to have our table cleaned, again, before we sat as the table and seats looked dirty. They cleaned, but it was still left with streaks.

Bathroom and floors throughout were sticky and had had debris.

Even their menu was filthy and sticky.

I was nervous about eating since their kitchen is probably just as dirty.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE.
I love supporting local businesses, and I’ve noticed The Pho place doesn’t seem to be doing very well. I placed a to-go order for two combination broken rice plates and made one specific request: extra fried onion—the only ingredient on their entire menu that brings me back. I even emphasized it over the phone.

After paying at the counter, I checked my order and saw only 3–5 small pieces of fried green onion. I asked if that reflected my special request. The server was very kind and brought the food back to the kitchen, explaining my request.

Then, a girl in a black shirt inside the kitchen picked up the bowl and added about 1/3 of a spoon of the fried onion, all while giving me a heavy, judgmental look. I told them I’d be happy to pay if needed, but I was specifically here for that ingredient. The server continued trying to help, but the same kitchen girl looked at me like I was robbing her just for repeating the request.

There wasn’t a single other customer in the restaurant on a Saturday at noon, but somehow making their only customer happy was too much to ask. I couldn’t help but wonder if whatever’s left of the fried onion becomes part of her income—and I was asking for too much.

To be clear, the servers were great. Even though the food isn’t excellent, I would’ve come back for the good front-end service and to support a new restaurant. But after that strange and unpleasant attitude from the kitchen, I have no desire to come back. I’m not going to pay and beg for food.
