Three Tree Point Store

We were served cold lasagna for $14 because the employee wanted to leave before closing time and had turned off the oven. It was 5:40PM, an hour and 20 mins before indicated closing time. We paid before receiving the lasagna cold and were unable to get a refund. Terrible experience.

I hate to review this place and talk about how great it is so it doesn’t get packed with people. It’s that social. The frosè in multiple flavors = amazing. So fun. Such great hosts. And a quick walk to the water. Bring a blanket and take in the beach with your snack or beverage of choice.

Swung by while I’m Burien working. Grabbed the turkey Parmesan bacon sandwich to go. Hate I don’t live closer. Would be a frequent stop if I did!

Wine slushies, sandwiches and bottles and beer to go, this is such a cute little local store. We like to have a wine slushy on the patio and take our sandwiches to the beach for the incredible view.

The 3TP Store is truly one of a kind. The items on sale are unique, their menu items are delicious. The service by the baristas is impeccable!! Allison, Katie and Maddy are so nice and attentive to your needs. The trivia Tuesdays they have are super fun, competitive and family friendly. I highly recommend you come and check the store out. Only thing missing is a comfy couch.
