White Cap Frozen Yogurt

I used to absolutely love White Cap, but ever since coming under new ownership a few years ago, this place has become an absolute joke. Starting at the top of the list is the lack of consistency when it comes to hours/days open. I have shown up on multiple occasions where there is a closed sign posted over the door without warning or any indication of being closed on the website. Additionally, if they are actually open, false promises are delivered when it comes to available flavors. The website will give an entire list of flavors but when going in there, there are only 3 flavors available and the 6-7 other machines are “out of order”.This is understandable once in a blue moon, but every single time for years now is absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. If there is time and energy to say the machines are out of order in the shop, at least update the website so people don’t waste their time. Do not come here if you don’t want to waste time and gas, as well as leave disappointed.

We came back to check out white cap after Covid times, It’s been a while and it was quite tasty. They don’t have a ton of flavors, but the ones they do have are crowd pleasers. I often love their dairy free sorbet type flavors. They have tons of toppings, including Boba toppings. Super nice people. Bring your cash for tips.

Their hours are horrendous, they’re barely open. Who runs a business like this? They need to extend their hours.

Drove 1 hour to come here on Christmas Eve and they were closed. Didn’t post anything about it on their website so there was no way for me to know. Very unprofessional.

This place is so cute! During warmer days, I have seen a lot of foot traffic coming in and out of here. It's tucked in the corner near the grocery stores and it makes for a nice treat for kids or way to take a break as you go about your day. The lobby is really well decorated, like a beach theme with a couch area in the back for people to hang out in. The froyo is self-serve and you check out at the register when done.

Theres so many options for vegan/alternative yogurt options; I had a chocolate hazelnut and vanilla mix 'to go' and the toppings were fresh and plenty to choose from! I appreciated their cups/spoons are compostable as well.

Their flavors are always on point and plenty of vegan / vegetarian options for those with food restrictions. Just be sure you go with plenty of time before closing, otherwise you'll find limited options for flavors running.

Limited flavors. I tried strawberry lemonade sorbet and mango sorbet. The first was too sour and the second had a chemical/processed taste. My gf had cake batter, cookies and cream and mint chocolate chip. All tasted awful with a chemically taste and a non creamy texture. We had to throw our cups away.
