White Cap Frozen Yogurt is everything you could want from a frozen yogurt shop. They had one of the best flavors I’ve ever had, Dairy Free Chocolate Sorbet. The toppings were exceptional and extremely clean, the fruit was very fresh and well cut. They had a good variety of flavors, and my friends also really enjoyed their cups. “It was soooo yummy”- my friend Macy. I would definitely come back.

Some of the fro yo flavors have a brittle, ice milk texture that is not what I look for when I get fro yo - looking for smooth, and with some flavors, creamy.But also there's a vibe in here that is off. No one greets you in here and it is dour. I consider that an ownership issue, NOT an employee issue. I've come in here every week for a month because I eat fro yo about 3 times a week and am working a site nearby. This is something I noticed on every visit.

The place was busy on a Wednesday after school. However the place was warm for an frozen yogurt shop and didn't make it pleasant. The flavors were very original and plain, however it was tasty and lots of toppings to choose from. The place was clean. Definitely would come back but wish they had some more flavors.

I wanted to ask if they rotate their flavors weekly like other shops I’ve been to, but I’ll see next time I go.Staff not saying anything to me except when I paid didn’t bother me, wasn’t in a talking mood anyways. Very clean environment. Price is what it is…The more you stuff the cup, the more expensive it will be. That’s how it is at any yogurt spot.
So, it was clean. All the toppings you want. Not too many flavors I was into as far as the yogurt went. Got the Dutch chocolate. Definitely good but I was hoping for strawberry banana or something.

Great yogurt, poor customer service. My husband and I were the only customers and we weren’t greeted. No said anything to us but what we owed for the frozen yogurt. Sign said no pets inside but there was a longed haired dog behind the counter. Did see the dog until after I paid for my yogurt. I’ll have to find some place else for frozen yogurt cause I work to hard for my money to be treated like a number. FYI…how you treat people matters. Would have given 1star but the yogurt was good.
