While the food is good and owners are nice, the customer service is terrible. I have had way too many door dash order canceled during business hours. I've called the restaurant to place order and they never seem to pick up the phone. I've order combo meal expecting variety veggie as shown and listed on the menu just to receive the same single item. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Such an incredible hospitality, the food is amazing! The best food I’ve had in Seattle is the spicy tibs from here!!! The coffee is the best coffee in town as well! Overall there’s no place like Zam Zam Cafe!

Pros:Food is authentic some parts are very tastyCons:Meal is not as shown in the pictures (didn't get salad, tomato, or red pepper on either combos or rice chicken, meat is scarce)The lady was using the microwave a lot as she prepared my order- is she just heating up old food?Some of the food tasted oldWaited thirty minutes past the time they said it would be ready, so in total waited an hour (but they gave me 2 free chai drinks as I waited and apologized)
Saw the good reviews on Google so decided to try it out. Super impressed with the food especially for the price. Definitely recommend.

Oh wow, what a wonderful experience. Zam Zam is maybe my new favorite restaurant! Absolutely DELICIOUS food, flavors were out of this world and unlike anything I have ever had. Very unique and so special. We did takeout and got the veggie combo and chicken and rice, both were amazing but I really loved the veggie combo and the injera that came with it. I'm already planning my next trip to Zam Zam and drooling over the prospect!
