Ordered a famous star without ketchup. By the time I'd gotten to the ketchup on the sandwich, I had already eaten half the burger, & the hot onion rings were getting cold. I finished the sandwich. If I were allergic, I'd have looked before biting - I just do not like ketchup on sandwiches, hotdogs included. It has been a minute since they closed all the stores in San Antonio & I missed the burgers.

I gave them a 3 for the menu board being very misleading. Who has small print on a fast food drive thru? Carl's Jr does, it shows a burger and says combo then the price which tells me that burger in a combo is the displayed price except wait nope it's the burger price says so in small print nobys can see. I guess the word combo is just a suggestion of what you should get with the 10.39 burger. There was 3 people in my vehicle and we all read it the same way. Whoever...

Food is great and fresh beside they was super busy from drive through and dine in Barbara was a wonderful hard worker and super patient with the clients i definitely would come back
