I recently ordered the chicken katsu from this spot, and unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown. The chicken was dry, and they gave me soy sauce instead of the katsu sauce I was really looking forward to. On the bright side, the atmosphere was open and bright, which was a nice touch. The service was a 3 out of 5—I called in my order, and the person just hung up on me without giving much time. Overall, I was hoping for more, but the vibe was nice.
One of the few teriyaki spots I’ve eaten at that doesn’t make their teriyaki overly sweet (which is great). Some other reviews here mentioned that the lady working here was curt, but she seemed polite enough.
Lady can be very blunt at times and seem rude but honestly she doesn't bother me I like her I think it's sweet I like knowing when I say wrong thing or mess up so I enjoy her correction but some people have mentioned to me they don't like it so I felt need to mention it however they are a long standing business that works hard in our community in my opinion and my family has been going there a long time.
