It's gets a little busy, and usually they seem to only have 2 or 3 people working there, (from what I can see). The cookies were delicious and they were nice. Service is a little slow, but that's because they are busy making cookies or putting them in boxes. I did order through the tablet because I didn't want to pull them from their duties and it was just more convenient.
Cookies were soft, chewy and decently sweet. They were very well decorated and freshly, warm served. If you buy them in pack of 4 or 6, you may saved a few bucks. Two ordering stations make ordering a bit easier. Location was conveniently close to the hwy (a few min) and parking was plenty and free.
This place was mostly enjoyed by my kids on our return trip from downtown Seattle to Vancouver BC it was great it was good food according to my kids they were in food coma afterwards after having those delicious cookies so all in all it was a good experience.
