Not the place, but the beans. Their Sunset Roast is simply fantastic, incredibly fragrant and flavorful whether you're making espresso, French Press or a pour over. Worth seeking out.

I can't believe it took us so long to make the short side trip off I5 to finally visit Fidalgo Coffee, which we have known about for years through our local co-op. Shay(sp?) was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was relaxed for tasting and discussing coffee minutiae. We particularly appreciate their organic selection. They'll grind the freshly roasted beans once you decide on one (or more!) of the many choices. It doesn't get much fresher! Thank...
