Absolutely theeee worst service I have ever experienced at a fast food place. One we were treated rudely when trying to order and letting them know how many more order we still had. After paying a gal asked us to pull around front to wait for our food the driver says okay. My wife has an Emotional Support Animal. She has been hospitalized for panic attacks, and Tilly helps keep my wife calm and able to function. I asked if my wife could bring her Emotional Support Animal, a small dog with medical tags, so we could eat, and the manager said it was fine.
A couple came in and right away complained about Tilly. We left rather than have it become a fuss. We are not disappointed with Jack in the box, just with certain patrons who "take a stand"...read full review
Fries were old. Tasted terrible and we're extra greasy. Burger was cold and nasty. I will not return to this location despite the fact that it's the closest one to my home. Staff wasn't friendly and it took FOREVER. I understand that corporate won't read this or care how bad my dining experience was. But regardless of that, I will not return to this particular location. It sucked
