This is more about the franchise than this restaurant. This restaurant in particular is fine and always has been. I put any sort of decline squarely to blame on the main company itself because it has gradually decreased the quality over the years, and the experience has degraded. The menu has become so boring.
Good atmosphere and friendly staff! But dont come here if you want a good Italian meal. Sure, there's bulk and the menu is simple and straightforward. But if you're looking for punchy flavors and quality pasta, probably best steer clear...
We came from British Columbia and absolutely love the atmosphere, the servers were fantastic and the food was so good. Unlimited soup or salad and my steak was cooked perfectly. The 5 of us, 2 families, were equally impressed with everything.
