Starbucks Coffee Company offers consistent coffee and good tasting coffee. The location is good, with quick, efficient service. The staff are friendly, professional, and efficient, creating a nice atmosphere in the cafe with lots of happy chatting. However, having every staff member greeting you as you walk in is a little eerie, as 4-6 people all turning and looking at you saying hello is a bit odd. Some locations have Impossible breakfast sandwiches, which are missed in Canada. One visit forgot utensils for a bagel and cream cheese, and a barista needs to work on her facial expression. Despite difficult customers, the baristas were very sweet, kind, and quickly made all drinks. Coffee shop purchases often feel transactional, so their excellence is like a breath of fresh air.
