It's been awhile since I've dined at outback so my wife and I were looking forward to the Aussie experience. We were both disappointed. Her medium rare steak was very raw in the middle. My steak was full of tough connective tissues. To be fair the Manager reduced our bill but the experience was so unpleasant it will be a long time before we decide to give them another try.
The best part of this restaurant was our server, Jenny. She was great! Friendly and helpful and just really good at what she does. The food, not so much. The wings were good, as they usually are at Outback. The steak wasn't a very good quality of meat. The new pork chop was really overcooked. Even if it would have been cooked as ordered, I think it still would have been tough. We were disappointed. Also, they do not give you silverware when you arrive, but bring what they think you need when delivering food. No plates with the bread, (but Jenny saw and brought us some). One steak knife, with nowhere to put your bread. Wings arrived....asked for silverware and the food runner looked at me like I was crazy. Is there a policy that we HAVE to eat our wings without silverware? When the entrees arrived, they brought silverware. Apparently someone has decided that they cannot give patrons silverware on arrival. Like, if 2 people are dining, only one can cut and butter the bread...we are not from the area but if we were we would not be going back. What a ridiculous way to conduct business in a restaurant! So, with all that said, the 3 star review is due completely to Jenny. If stars were awarded for servers, she would be 5+ easily. The rest of it, well, not good.
It was my wife's 40th birthday and we decided Outback for lunch sounded good. We got there right about noon when they opened , we were greeted and seated quickly. I was surprised how many people were already in there . Our waitress had a lot of tables in my opinion and was just on the edge of too many but I think she handled it well as our meal came out just right in my opinion. We got our drinks and blooming onion quickly which was done perfect. Then our salads, my wife had a garden and I had a Ceasar . We enjoyed them mine was a bit heavy on the dressing but im sure most people prefer it that way. Then our NY strips and baked potatoes came . I had zero expectations for what this steak was gonna be like with food prices the way the are right now but it was surprisingly good and not over cooked. Only thing is really complain about was out Diet sodas did not taste good had a bleachy taste . So all in all a good experience but fairly expensive for 2 people at 90 dollars and we tipped 20 so 110 all in . I guess for us and our income level this will have to be for special occasions only lol ! I would definitely go back.
The staff were super friendly and pleasant. The quality of beef has been going down fairly consistently over the years and it is noticeable. Overall a good lunch. Not great but good.
Took over an hour to get our food. The food was cold and not very good. We ended up paying in the bar because we waited way to long too long for the server to come back. He was nice enough. I will not go back there again.
If you're looking for a great piece of grilled salmon..look no further. It was huge and cooked perfectly with just the right amount of char. The fillet was so moist and it just melted in the mouth.I paired it with a sweet potato that was also very large and delicious. Don't mess with the baked potato.Definitely get their dinner salad. It's a meal in itself and loaded with veggies and shredded cheese. The staff was friendly and kept that warm bread and whipped butter coming.
The quality of their steak has really declined. While the steak I had was cooked exactly as I asked for it, the quality of the cut was so poor, I left most of it on the plate. The bill was far too high for such low standards on the food. Salad was watery and of a consistency of old produce. The potato was fine. Staff was really nice a always, but I can't go here anymore. The food sucks, though they charge the price that a good, edible restaurant does.
Good food. Menu is limited compared to a few years ago. Higher end of cost for family of 4 walked out just over $100. With out any alcohol drinks. Good size proportions. Friendly staff.
We were a large party of eight celebrating a birthday. We made reservations for 5pm. Luckily we did as the restaurant filled up quickly. Service was good, everyone liked their food. However, my shrimp and baked potato was lukewarm. We all had a good time.
I hadn't been there for about a year...and was so surprised it went down hill...blooming onion was horrible burnt and tiny, we tried twice to get a decent one...wow horrible couldn't believe it. Waitress was awesome, but the food was ? ?

The food is average, we have been here many times and it feels like every time we come here something goes wrong. From the meal not cooked correctly ro missing food. ?
food are delish and warm..server are nice.
What an awful experience! My 12 year old had been dying to try the Outback after watching their commercials on TV. While we were out of town we spotted one and decided to give it a try, with my 1 year old twins in tow.The table next to us was seated after us and was paying their check by the time our food came!We only had two dinner orders and a kids meal. Both dinner orders were wrong! Waiter seemed irritated I requested to send it back. (I was served chicken Alfredo instead of the surf and turf steak & shrimp Alfredo. 12 year old asked for plain burger. Even said only meat and cheese. Still came out with mustard). When he brought it back he looked at my toddlers in their chairs and the food on the floor and let out a loud, audible exasperated sigh and rolled his eyes!!What a waste of an evening and $80 bill. WILL NOT BE BACK
The salmon was delicious! It took a long time to arrive, but it was yummy. We were a little upset that they don't have WiFi for their guest
Food was delicious…. I think the waitress has too many customers I’m guessing anyway because we were slightly ignored and not taking good care of we had long wait for salads before our entrees and then our dinners came too quickly after salads. I like to get our soup and salads ahead of time before the meal and she never offered us drinks when they were empty and they were right there at the edge of the table like I said she just must’ve been too busy I don’t know her I don’t know what happened
