Have to call out the manager for exceptional service. Warm welcome when we came in, and went out of his way to come outside to offer a water bowl for my dog he saw sitting with us. Food was great as well!

I've been coming to this Panera for a whole now and I just wanted to say that everyone here is so wonderful. Today I ordered for rapid pick up and was a little late picking up my order. Someone with sticky fingers took my order before I could get there, unfortunately. They were so nice and remade my order and even took me through all the bread options as my bagel was out of stock by the time I came to pick up. You guys are so wonderful and I will definitely continue ordering...

I just HAVE to give a shoutout to one of the KINDEST servers i have ever experienced... Eileen or Irene (i am so sorry I am so sleep deprived I know its something like that)
The background story -- I've been at Swedish hospital in Seattle for 12+ hours on less than 4 hours of sleep with surgery for my mom... so of course when she could finally eat on the way home we needed something easy & i figured panera chicken soup would be a much needed easy premade delicious...
