We've been eating at Pizza Factory for 20+ years. We've been to 4 locations over the years and always look forward to visiting. The pizzas and sandwiches are always delicious and we appreciate the willingness to customize our order to our specific tastes. We love that there's still somewhere to enjoy a fresh, well stocked salad bar no matter what time we go in.

Great pizza! The guys there were great as well. It just took about a half-hour longer than the estimated time ( I ordered online) indicated to finally receive my order.

Most excellent place for calzone and meatballs. The salad bar is excellent. The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was a bit watery and the chicken had a bit of grissel in it. They we're great in replacing it with meatballs. The staff here is most excellent. Great place to eat. Great job to all.

Pizza was ok. Not very good parking, but the lunch buffet is a good deal

As a Texan, any time I leave the state I try to find a local owned business and this place did not disappoint. As many have stated it’s a little pricey for what’s on the pizza bar but I’ll pay the price any time when it’s locally owned. Pizza Factory thank you for fulfilling this big guys hunger today.

Food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting much longer than the 20 minutes it took to pick up after we ordered it. Also ordered 4 ranch with the pizza which I asked once again, while paying, if the ranch (that I payed for) was with the pizza. Was reassured it was, then got home and it hadn't been. $30 plus tip definitely wasn't worth it for this pepperoni pizza. I have been to other pizza factories and know how good they can be. That's why this was so disappointing

Simple restaurant with great pizza. Got our pizza fast and fully cooked. No doughy middle of the pizza. I go there anytime I’m in Burlington and sometimes will travel there for the pizza.

Parking: Parking is in the back. Fooled me first time I went there.

Yikes. Warning to anyone from BC. This pizza was a 3.5/10 and I'm 5 beers deep. Delivery took 56 minutes and the store is an 8 min drive, on a Thursday. One large pizza worked out to $50cad. I thought stuff was cheaper down here. No joke one of the worst pizzas I've had in years, and I've had Fresh Slice Pizza in Vancouver recently which everyone knows is the worst. The dough is the best part and it was like when my buddy cooked a frozen pizza in the microwave. I regretted it almost immediately. Hopefully not sick tomorrow.

Very expensive. Food smelled good but the prices were steep and the salad bar lacked.
Dive bar style. Cleanliness was okay. Was informed that we were not allowed to take home food. Kids enjoy leftovers. We left before trying the food. Place was pretty empty.

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking yes but doors are not wheelchair friendly
