I've had OK Teriyaki bowls from here before. The meat quality could be better but it could also be worse. The presentation and cut sizes are always excellent. But the experiance I had today is not edible. The beef teriyaki went from chunks to extremely thin strips laced in fat. This seems like the pieces you'd normally discard. I don't understand how this is acceptable. I noticed the meat looked different but i couldn't exactly open it and see why. Hopefully...
