Sushi Takeaway near Burlington, WA

“I've had OK Teriyaki bowls from here before. The meat quality could be better but it could also be worse. The presentation and cut sizes are always excellent. But the experiance I had today is not edible. The beef teriyaki went from chunks to extremely thin strips laced in fat. This seems like the pieces you'd normally discard. I don't understand how this is acceptable. I noticed the meat looked different but i couldn't exactly open it and see why. Hopefully it's a one off experiance.

“Made fresh daily, the chef is very friendly, and for the price the sushi is very solid! You can pay $15-$20 a roll elsewhere and the sushi may be marginally better or you can pay $7-$12 a roll here for good sushi. Just depends on the experience you’re looking for“
