@heidi is a saint. My mom is in the hospital fighting against the big 'c' and my dad has stayed in her room the last couple of days. I'm out of state and buying a coffee card was a way I could be there to support. Heidi was slammed when I called, but jotted down my info and accommodated my dad when he stopped by. It's these little things that mean so much when the big stuff is out of our control. Thank you, Heidi!😇💕
So grateful for the gals who work here. They always remembered me and my husband. Hubby ended up in the hospital while we were on vacation. They offered me much support! AND the coffee was delicious! Thank you!
01Oct2022 visit -- Someone please tell the Pioneer Way store in Oak Harbor that the Mt. Vernon store apparently knows how to pay attention to their customers, make them feel valued (not to mentioned simply acknowledged), and generally do Customer Service correctly vs ignoring your customers so they walk out of your store, call you from out front, telling you that you failed to get their business.
