Birch Street is our absolute favorite cocktail lounge (and we've been to quite a few). Always top notch, top shelf drinks, and the best service. (If you're into mezcal, ask for a boulevard-olé)
By far the best classic cocktails in the area. Scott, the bartender we usually see there is extremely knowledgeable about exotic spirits and can offer a drink suggestion if you don't quite know what you want. We actually like to visit on the less busy nights when things are quieter, but if you like live music and want to socialize, Fri and Sat are the nights to be there. Cool and intimate lounge right in downtown Camas with bar and table seating, live music. Great ambience , service was spot on. We were there in a Wednesday early evening. The gin gimlet was delicious and tart!
