I loved Rakuzen Ramen House! It is so cute and the food is delicious. We did take out and the food was ready quickly even though the restaurant was pretty busy. The waitress was kind and thoughtful. Will definitely be back when we are in the area.
Bit overpriced for what you are getting, but to be expected when I found out it was a chain. Ramen is decent, but you're pushed to order on your phone or at a kiosk. Only real service you will have is when they bring the food out and there is still the expectation of tipping for some reason. I would go 2 miles down the road for a better ramen place but it a works for the location.
Rakuzen is easily one of my favorite spots in Vancouver. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The staff are kind, attentive, and make the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Whether you are stopping in for sushi, ramen, or just a good meal with friends or family, Rakuzen is absolutely worth visiting. I always leave happy and looking forward to coming back.
