The worst employee. She was super rude just because I asked for fresh fries. They made me Wait in the parking lot and after waiting for almost 10 min I go inside and she was so mad, said if you want fresh you have to wait because it take 6 min to cook. When I went inside they still haven’t started cooking yet. I asked for me name and she refused to provide it. Like seriously over some fries. If you can’t provide a good customer service don’t work on that environment.
Food was OK, tried to get employee attention, heard me but ignored me 3 times. Doorfash driver asked if the order last placed on the rack was for his customer. Employee that denied me 3 times said yes, then went back to making food.
Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to the Worker in the drive-through Grant is rude and very unhelpful. They don't even have a manager in the building.
