Got the sampler plate. Sorry I already ate some when I took the picture. Pulled pork is phenomenal, ribs are great, pulled chicken was very good, tri tip and sausage were both very good also. Brisket was the weakest part and it was still good!!
Baked beans are very peppery and awesome!!

Will definitely be back! My wife wants to buy 6 pounds of the pulled pork. 😂😂

We ordered the sampler platter to share. It was more than enough food for 2. OMG it was amazing 👏 Nothing was dry in the slightest. Melt in your mouth delicious 😋 The baked beans had a bit of a kick with fresh peppercorns. Barely touchrd the sauce because it didn't need it.

My first experience at The Pit; pork ribs were excellent - tender, well seasoned. Side of beans had a great peppery kick. We will be back. Rich is a flow New Yorker - thank you for coming to the PNW!
