Awesome food! Amazing atmosphere, and great service. Not to mention the incredible views of the gorge from the outdoor seating area! I have been coming to Backwoods for over a decade and they are hands down one of my all time favorite restaurants!
Backwoods Carson is on our "happy place" list. Not only do we just love take the drive "out back" for a day visit, but we also used their large tent for our wedding welcome event in May this year. We even came back after the wedding to stay in a cabin for a couple nights (cutest cabins ever) The manager and entire staff is always super friendly and accommodating. We were on town for a little over night parents escape and discovered Backwoods Brewing. It was easy to walk from where we were staying but parking is easy. There are several indoor and outdoor seating options available.
