I stayed at the Hot Springs for my birthday and came in to use the coupons given when I checked in, and I am so glad I did!! The food was amazing (shout out to the cook from Minneapolis, you know your stuff!), and the bartender Rachel was kind, made very tasty drinks, and even helped me narrow down what route to take for my birthday hike. I couldn't have asked for more, and will definitely be back next time I'm in the area!!!

I was at party there that they catered. It was fantastic. I can't say enough good about it. Everyone was so friendly starting from the front door. I am just sorry I didn't get a room there. They have hot tubs with a view. Very tranquil. Highly recommended.

We were so pleasantly surprised to find such a great restaurant so close to the resort. The staff was friendly and efficient, and take a lot of pride in the food they serve. From the amazing biscuits, to the veggie omelette to the delicious and savory "stuffed hash browns" everything was made fresh and with lots of love. Can't wait to get back there again to try more!

We played the golf course and had breakfast in September when attending a wedding nearby. It was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Genuinely happy place!! A great vibe. The restaurant was SUPER. My wife had the crab benedict and it was KILLER. I had the country fried steak and eggs and it was wonderful. You can tell when it has been hand made!! We really enjoyed our meal and the entire weekend.We plan to come back again.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! Over a week we had all the breakfast items and some lunch/dinner items as well. Where to start...the biscuits! OMG they are great! The omelets, pancakes, stuffed hashbrowns, breakfast sandwich; it is just all good. We had some sandwiches and fries for dinner and those rocked as well. Great staff, great food. If you stay at the Saint Martins Hot Springs (another very nice place) the restaurant is just right there. If you are local get in there and then talk the place up. We will return next time we are in "The Gorge". Thanks to all the staff for the great mornings and our service dog says Hi! as well.

Absolutely awesome. The waiter served my partner a cocktail with only the word "refreshing" to go off of, and it was pretty good (and strong). We only ordered one appetizer; we were informed by our waiter that the portions are REALLY generous and we should only get the one app. He was right. We got the gochujang cauliflower bites which were absolutely fantastic, and well-priced for the size of the portion. We both left feeling satisfied after finishing everything on our plate.

My wife and I had breakfast at the Elk Ridge Restaurant during our little getaway to The Carson Hot Springs recently and we were blown away by the service. The waitresses and the cooks were super accommodating to my wife's sensitivities to certain oils and spices that she can not have on her food. It was a super cool, welcoming environment and the food was delicious. I walked away saying I am going to write these beautiful people a 5 Star review, and so it is!

As we walked from the parking lot, the executive chef was on break and welcomed us. We asked for recommendations, he suggested the chicken fried steak and the stuffed hashbrowns, both were top notch. He also mentioned the in house made blackberry compote which is out of this world. Worth any time it might take out of your trip to eat here.
