The food is really good, I highly recommend the blackened steelhead with the mushroom gnocchi, which was perfectly cooked, and to drink the Stabler Gal! The bartender, Ryland, makes fantastic cocktails and has an even more fantastic personality. My grandma is a big fan of his now!
My wife and I decided at the last minute to get out of town and take a two-hour trip east for a two-night stay at the Carson Hot Springs Hotel. We were a little concerned about the limited dining options in the area, but we really wanted to take advantage of the incredible hot springs therapy pool, so we decided to go for it.

Delicious food! I loved the Barata appetizer and the gnocchi main course with steelhead salmon. My server Olivia was a delight and went above and beyond. The outdoor patio was nice but a bit stark, maybe some flowers would help it out? But I’d come back for the food for sure! Great combos!
