I'm giving this place 5 stars for the hamburger! Atmosphere is dark and very much a saloon. It was evident this was a locals hang out. We stopped on our drive across the state for lunch and I would recommend this place for anyone wanting a really good burger and fries.
We ordered takeout and had an excellent experience. They answered the phone quickly, took our order efficiently, and gave an accurate pickup time. The food was hot, crispy, and delicious; exactly what you hope for from a well‑run local spot.
We popped in on our trek westward, due to allergies I was limited to a shell-less taco salad... and boy howdy did it ease my achey hungover bones!!!
The ol' ball and chain got a smashburger and the smell had me floating like a pie on a windowsill! Unfortunately didn't cure his stank attitude, but that's an issue for another...
