I had been to two other Amaro's locations and this one is just as delicious and comfortable as the others. My husband and I came for an anniversary and the meal and drinks were so good. Everything is fried fresh and crispy, the hushpuppies are soft and flavorful, not oily at all, and the calamari is tender! I had been told by many people that Amaro's table is the place to go if you have high standards for food. And maybe it's my fault for going to the one in Castle Rock rather than downtown, but I was greatly disappointed. I have enjoyed their sister restaurants quite a bit so I had high hopes. Absolutely the best dining and meal I have had in a while. The risotto was perfect, the fried chicken sandwich was delightful and upscale with a perfect sauce. Lastly the staff was friendly and timely. We will be back.
