Small restaurant/bar with delicious food and great selection of alcohol.
Ordered a bunch of food and everything was AMAZING. The chicken parm, alfredo, meatballs...All excellent.
We went out for dinner and drinks here on a whim and it was absolutely lovely! Im a huge fan of how they designed/decorated the space, the bar tenders were the nicest people ever, and the drinks were fantastic!! The food was really good too, but the drinks definitely stole the show! Highly recommend this little gem in Castle Rock!

Wine & Whiskey Bistro and Event room is a great addition to Castle Rock. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, with a really good vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. The space is designed and decorated well. The bartenders are the nicest people and make some of the best drinks. The wine and whiskey selection is thoughtfully curated. The drinks are phenomenal and steal the show, but the food is really good too. The fondue is excellent with fresh and yummy bread. The oyster shooters in tequila, the clam dinner, and the rice and shrimp are outstanding. The lemoncello dessert cake is yummmmmm. The cook, baker, and bartender are loved and really trying to make the place successful. The owners are awesome, friendly, engaged, and clearly doing all the right things to build something special. They care about their customers and the community. This is the kind of place you want to support. Highly recommend stopping in if you are anywhere nearby.
