If you’re ever anywhere near Cathlamet, do yourself a favor and stop at Patty Cake. We had a group of six, which can be a bit of a puzzle for a small café, but they didn’t miss a beat. They quickly made space for us and welcomed us like we’d been coming there for years.

Based on the reviews, Old NetShed Coffeehouse is a local vibe coffee shop with personalized service and great personalized service. It is a small little coffee shop, a quirky downtown breakfast and sandwich shop. The food was amazing and staff were more than willing to make personalizations and customizations. The coffee was amazing, with a plain drip coffee and the best cup of Americano ever. Meals included the sunrise, hazelnut breve, Bunkhouse French Toast platter, Wondering Burrito, chicken bacon provolone melt, and a bagel sandwich. Oven roasted turkey and chicken on large sandwiches and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies for dessert were also available. The café has about four tables and some chairs and couches, with a cute rustic vibe. The staff served with genuine warmth, making it feel like being in someone’s home. Under new ownership, crêpes are available March 1. Try the coffee cake!
