Azteca Mexican Restaurant

Arrived mid day on a weekend with three children for lunch. Upon arrival we were given all adult menus, and when we inquired about the children’s menu items that we had seen online on the way in, our server informed us he “only had adult menus” and they “don’t serve what’s online.”

We settled for available options and when the food came the disappointment continued. The kids grilled cheese was pretty much bread with unmelted cheese inside, the nachos had only a small amount of grated melted cheese & tomatoes on top, and the chicken flautas I received tasted like the chicken was past the pull date.

Overall a really disappointing experience - we would not return.

Typical Mexican American taste. Has changed over the years. Previously, under the name Casa Ramos it was amazing food and atmosphere. There was lots more foliage in the dining area. We felt neglected by our server. The booth was literally against our bodies it was so close! Asked us if we wanted a margarita; when we said yes he just walked off! He didn’t even ASK which one we wanted! There was less food than normal and we didn’t get hardly any salsa. Never came back to give refills or ask how our food was. Unfortunately due to this and a $30 carne asada we won’t be back.

I ordered a chicken burrito with onions and bell peppers with mole sauce on top. I noticed I didn't get the right thing after 2 bites & when I spoke up for myself, the little Hispanic gal just rolled her eyes at me & took it back. Finally bringing my stuff out correctly, I ask for my boxes & for the check. Long behold they charge me for both burritos. I told her I did even eat the first one, & I get told wrll you took a bite out of it. You ate it, that's two burritos. I ordered two pops also & it came out to be $60. I unfortunately won't be back cause I used to love this place.

ordered food to go.Waitress coudnt understand English.I repeated several times what I wanted.I ordered 3 cheese enchiladas with NO beans and rice BUT got beans and rice with a 3o.oo price ticket.

Dropped into this place for lunch today. What a mistake. Food was bland at best. The fajitas though, who in their right mind serves fajitas in sweet and sour sauce? Barf! It's like taking a tortilla into a Chinese place and filling it with sweet and sour chicken. Server was good. Won't be back.

Fajitas shouldn't be in a sweet and sour sauce. The mai-tai had all the pinnings of Hi-C with some sort of alcohol in it, but not much.

One of our Best..... The waitress, the cashier was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean, plenty of seating, fast and responsive service.

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE CELIAC DISEASE!!
Me and my boyfriend both tried to ask the waitress that our order doesn't come across to any gluten due to me havin celiac. First off the waitress didn't understand what gluten was or celiac is. So I got sick even tho we order something that should had been gluten free. ?

Went here today for lunch. The food seems really expensive even the lunch menu I ordered Carnitas I believe it was about $17, my plate had four pieces of chicken on it. I wish I was joking so I asked if I could have more chickens and that I would pay for it so I pretty much paid $25 for a lunch portioned meal.. had to get up and ask our server for things because the service was terrible and we were the only table in the restaurant so that says a lot.. I never complain when I go places but wow definitely would never come here again.

Went to this restaurant today and was greeted by friendly people with exceptional customer service. We called ahead after trying to go Casa Ramos right off the freeway in Centrailia at exit #82 and being turned away because we had 5 adults and four kids 3 and under in age ??. We showed up to this location and were greeted and seated promptly. The food was delicious, the servers were amazing and attentive. We had to sit in two separate booths but that was ok. Kinda dated and old on the inside is why I rated four stars for atmosphere, other then that five star ⭐️ experience all the way!

Mole enchiladas were fantastico! Nice dark sauce a bit on the sweet side.
