Good food and good service. It's a nice place to have a dinner with good atmosphere.
I came here for the lumpia. I was not disappointed. FABULOUS. The mongolian beef burger was great. Could have used a bit more spice, but the pork belly(!) was tender and the burger was juicy. My significant other ordered the ramen. The broth was flavorful, the trimmings were plentiful, and the noodles were cooked perfect. I will definitely be returning. There is a primerib special every Friday that comes with smoked gouda scalloped potatoes. I think I drooled on my shirt a bit when it was described to me.
My family tried Elvie’s Bistro for the first time tonight and we were not disappointed. We had Lumpia, fried avocado and wings! I’m ecstatic to have a place with delicious lumpia! Everything was amazing! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

My Wife , myself and my son had an amazing dinner today. We had Lumpia, Pot stickers, Mongolian beef with noodles, Coconut shrimp and Ramen. The food was so yummy ,I highly recommend this restaurant. Elvie , Buddy and Grandma are all so kind and really so hospitable , please support them, they are good people that serve great food.
We got in the moment they opened. It was spacious and cozy at the same time. I loved the lumpia. We tried a few different types from appetizer to desert and all were delicious. The BBQ pork was made in house and was moist and flavorful. The sauces for all the dishes we were worth double dipping! The friendliness and care the owners show for their food and guests rounds out a great experience.
My cousin took me here for dinner, which was about a month ago. We ate in and has very good prices for the quality of food. Each dish was prepared with love and attention. Has a nice wine selection with a good size glass. The aunbenoce wasn't like anything Centralia or Chehalis has offered me. Not saying there aren't other amazing restaurants but, this one had lighting that was very easy on my eyes(I'm 25 lol). Got to sit by one of the two waterfalls. Seating was a metal chair with a very comfortable cushion. The table was dressed in a black table cloth. I had the special of the day coconut prawns with a pineapple dipping sauce that was made all in house! I asked for sweet potato fries for substituting with barbucue sauce. Was very good and was only $14. Very fair price and will be looking forward to trying other things on the menu. The service was very attentive and didn't have to ask twice for things we needed.
Had my first experience at Elvie’s with my daughter Michelle on Wednesday. The coconut shrimp/prawns were excellent. Can’t wait to go back!
Great service and great food. So thankful for the owner for taking in right at closing. Thank you again. We will be back and be spreading the word.

I'm filipino and I heared of this restaurant that sells filipino food so I wanted to try. I wasn't disappointed, my recipes are different but there are many different recipes. Very friendly and talked a lot about food ?
Literally the best broccoli beef ever. And the lumpia was also fantastic! Thank you for making me and my daughter dinner! We loved it!
Unique Place specializes in street food the owner was one of the employees at Panda she was gracious there and she is a fabulous Hostess here to try the food you'll be glad that you did I recommend it highly and I recommend it to everyone when asked where is there a quirky Bistro with an upbeat atmosphere great prices and a unique menu go check out Elvies Bistro
We were fortunate to order her prime rib dinner before they sold out, and it was outstanding! She seasons all of her dishes perfectly, so you won't even need to add salt or pepper. Even her side dishes are over the top. Gouda scalloped potatoes, made from scratch, of course, creamy and oozing with melted gouda cheese.
