Firehouse Subs Centralia

We really used to like them, but the last time we got subs a couple weeks ago, the lettuce was one of those salad mix bags you buy at a grocery store. With carrots and cabbage. I’m allergic to carrots. Carrots are not on their menu at all, so we didn’t know ask them to omit them. I had to take allergy pills several times to keep my hives down, lucky it’s not a life or death allergy, just painful and annoying, Because they’re not on the menu. I did email a complaint, that got absolutely nowhere with I’m assuming an AI chat bot from the response. I’m just annoyed we wasted $15+ bucks on a sandwich no one would and I was still hungry lol but who puts salad mix on a sub??

The place was empty with 3 employees. Noone said a word until we ordered. There was long hair in our sub. None of the employees are wearing hair nets or gloves.

Came to this location many times, great sandwiches. But it's that one bad experience that drove me away. Some red head lady sneezed and repeatedly caughed all over the meat line. The fact she barley turned her head was enough to turn me away. If your sick stay home.

One taste of Firehouse subs and you will never want to go to subway for your subs again. The Bread at firehouse is Always super soft and the Tastes of Everything they make is delicious. Highly recommended

The flavor for the subs is on point. I am disappointed in the portion size. If I spend $20 on a sub. Better be Jersey Mike portion. Bright side very clean establishment. Friendly service.

Horrible experience. On line order...picked up one minute late. ORDER INCORRECT. ORDERED 2 combo's. No drinks, no extra pickle, no chili, and the souggiest sandwich ever, so sloppy leaked through the cardboard. I am very disappointed.

Do not order delivery. The sandwich will be wet. Bread was wet and soggy.

I went inside this store to order a spicy meatball sub. 2 guys ordered after me and ordered 4 sandwiches. I waited almost 30 minutes for a dark haired male worker to make all the other orders before mine. I then told him I have been waiting a long time for my food and would like it made. He threw it in a bag and tossed it on the counter at me. I won’t be going back. Quiznos customer service and speed of service is 10 times better than this place.
