Great breakfast. Go there weekly.
We've been here several times when it's been busy and had good food and decent service.
This is why I don't recommend:
Today we waited 20 + minutes after being seated for water/coffee any acknowledgement. One of four tables in the restaurant.
Two tables had been waiting for a check and had to go up, we were with another table that yet to get service and they arrived before us.

Went for the first time on Friday with my Mom and My Mom in Law. I’ll start with the positive, the place is super cute. The negatives are we were hardly recognized when we walked in the door. The Centralia restaurant, known as Hash, offers a delightful retro-inspired ambiance with ample parking. They specialize in a variety of breakfast favorites, including poutine with eggs and potatoes, beer cheese benedict, and the popular chicken fried steak with tasty gravy. The cocktail room in the back provides a cozy atmosphere for guests. While the omelette and chicken bacon ranch sandwich have received high praise, the $10 cinnamon roll was reported as dry. Despite this, the diner remains a beloved destination for its fries, biscuits and gravy, and well-executed meals. The servers are friendly, although the service can be a bit slow at times. Customers have enjoyed the decor, the perfectly cooked eggs, and the exceptional bacon gravy, which has been described as "the bomb." The diner is open until 3 pm, making it a convenient stop for those passing through the area.
