As it can be a bit slow, the service is amazing! The person at the window is always so nice and makes sure they got everything right, and the food is great. Definitely worth the couple minutes of a wait in the drive thru.

Just spent $35 on two sourdough jack meals. They were both cold and had clearly been sitting for a loooong time before being served to us. Fries were seriously under cooked and tasted as if they had been cooked in old oil. Absolutely terrible. Will never go back.

Order through app where there seems to be no way of detailing no ice on drinks. Walked in to let them know took forever for acknowledgement and said shed be with me soon. Asked to what I needed and I told her I ordered through app and and wanted no on my drinks and she said she had already made them and I explained I couldn't customize online the no ice order and and she just gave me a mean stare. Still had ice in drinks when she gave them to me. Never walked in here, wont be walking back... also want to add she was on the phone speaking Spanish when I walked in and she wasnt acknowledging me.

I ordered ultimate breakfast sandwich and two tacos. I asked for some mayonnaise. She gave me 3 packs I asked for a few more so I had enough for my food she Samantha w said she'd have to charge me for any extra. I'm thinking because she didn't want to walk over the 4 feet to get more. Samantha w needs to find a different line of work. Charging extra for 3 packs of mayonnaise is stupid ridiculous. After spending almost $13 on a 3 item order. I know where I'm never going from now on.

Google and their door sign stayed that they were open at 6am, but when I tried to enter at 6:10 am the for was locked and the lights were off. Disappointing.

The staff here are lazy, cannot seem to comprehend simple instructions and seem to be entirely incompetent in doing their job. I get that the job probably pays minimum wage, but they are choosing to work the job. Either A. they are trained terribly, or B. they should be fired and a better crew be made. I do not recommend going here if you want to actually get what you ordered in a reasonable amount of time (10-15 minutes). There is no way it should take 45 minutes to make an order only to cancel.

Very rude employees. Staring at their phones instead of serving people. Had to wait 15 minutes before they noticed anyone was at the counter.
Had to ask for the code to the bathroom. Not bad but could have been cleaner.

If I could’ve gave it a zero star I would’ve I ordered some onion rings they were all munched together and cooked almost burnt they were not busy I went there on a Tuesday, April 1 around 5:55 The surface was good but to put those onion rings out like that I would never have done that so that’s why you are getting zero star Diana

I went threw the drive threw today bout 5:45 pm the gal at the drive threw very friendly I got a sourdough jack with no ketchup I got home was done perfectly:-) Very happy with service an burger was still hot after my 15 min drive home🙂
